A ‘seasoned’ super-charged Leukemia surviving branding enthusiastic entrepreneur and accomplished C-level executive, Mr. Loch has over 35 years of progressive leadership, marketing and sales experience within the highly competitive consumer packaged goods arena.  Based on these experiences, Mr. Loch pioneered the concept of “Marketiquette,” which describes ‘proper marketing’ philosophy, which he has been successfully applying for the past 20 years.   The art and scientific process of uncovering unmet needs to satisfy consumer demand and then implementing branding and go-to-market strategies provides profitable solutions for clients of his consulting firm (Techtronic Industries -TTI, Valeo, PPG and others).  In addition, Jeff has had exposure to just about every major retailer within a variety of trade classes and has achieved enormous success while working for some of the most successful branding companies in the world, including Clorox/Armor All Products Corporation, ConAgra Foods, Pfizer Consumer Healthcare (American Home Products) and Dixon Ticonderoga.

For the past two decades, Mr. Loch has been driving an environmental agenda based on the ideology that end-users should not have to compromise performance or sacrifice value when choosing a safer “eco-friendlier” alternative product, ultimately making this GREEN choice a LOGICAL choice.  This foundation led him to the creation of the bio-based/biodegradable lubrication category (EAL – environmentally accepted lubricant), now listed within the USDA Bio-Preferred “mandated” Federal Procurement Program, with the introduction of G-OIL®, the world’s first and only API/ILSAC GF-5 commercially available certified motor oil…who’s performance was successfully proven in NASCAR and market acceptability upon consumer consumption with product purchases off the shelves of Walmart and The Home Depot to name a few.

While at Green Earth Technologies (GETG), the company he founded and served as President, he single handedly raised over $20mm in investments, generated over $70mm ins sales and drove GETG to a market cap of well over $100mm.  Now, Mr. Loch has created b2 biOil™ (www.b2oil.com) to continue addressing the world’s growing lubricant concerns regarding the usage and improper disposal of non-green mineral based/fossil based  motor oils while meeting performance demands of on-going government requirements, successfully passing all DoD/DLA testing criteria which led to the acceptance and assignment of NSN certification numbers for the b2 bio oils (biOil™).

A native of Michigan and graduate of Albion College (BS/BA); during which time he was a collegiate athlete, a member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity and Walt Disney World tour guide, Mr. Loch began his career with Pepsi Cola.

Today, Arnold spends his time managing the b2 biOil international business…soliciting and pursuing multiple opportunities throughout ECOWAS, the Economic Communities of West African States and the Southern African Development Community (SADC), who both share overwhelming current demands as they begin legislations to mandate bio-lubricants, the execution of b2’s Lubes on Wheels (LOW) direct to consumer and customer at home-at office oil change sales and services and know-how as well as exploring the region’s enormous supply of palm oils as a secondary source for b2’s bio-content requirements.

In addition to the above, Mr. Asante is an alumnus of the University of Ghana whereby he had his tertiary education and Presbyterian Boys’ Secondary School Legon for his secondary education.  In the meantime, he is currently pursuing a Masters in Science (MSC) in marketing at the prestigious Salford University in Manchester, United Kingdom.  A talented soccer player continuing to pursue his passion when not promoting bio-lubricants or performing at home or at office oil changes, Arnold enjoys his addition role as a frequent flyer traveling regularly between Africa and the USA.
